Pregna-Fit is a cohesive, all-encompassing strength training service for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, and postpartum. The creator of Pregna-Fit, Nora Matthew (lover of HIIT, heavy lifting, and kettlebells) was expecting her first baby in 2012. Determined to find a safe, effective and methodical way to maintain high levels of strength and fitness throughout the 9 months of pregnancy, Nora created Pregna-Fit. Integrating strength exercises, mobility, labor preparation, breathing technique, core and pelvic floor training, Pregna-Fit can be taken advantage of in classes in Albany, New York, online training, and carefully constructed ebooks for mamas who prefer to exercise in the comfort of their own homes.
